bracelets mostly from fortresses and maybe castles
cloaks are afaik for s84 set, can be obtained with them somehow
scale shirt from fortresses and castles as well, paliaka shirt from the 2nd paliaka quest [or maybe 3rd, don't remember]

You can obtain braclets, talinsmans, skirts from fortress and castle, but you need knight eupleate's. Palaika skirts is reward for 3rd palaika quest.
