Let's see, in the 2 months of testing the following things have been checked. Some of them I checked with the help of a few people on a closed server with boosted rates.

All class change quests were tested and found to be working (Including Kamael). I have even tested all the 3rd class quests and they work fine (done on closed system).

Clan levels 4, 5 and 6 tested and working (tested by actual players).

Soul crystals are working (tested by actual players).

Attribute system is working (tested by actual players).

Augmentation up to S grade seem to be working normally (C and B tested by players, A and S tested on a closed server with boosted rates). S80 and S84 augments are not working yet.

Item drops were tested, some needed adjusting but so far they seem to be working as they should.

Most raid bosses are working, a few of the Epic Bosses such as Ant Queen and Valakis need more work, Antharas (quest and Boss) have been tested and working.

Kamaloka instances are up and running, only 3 Instance bosses need to have their drop items added but others are fine. Since we do not use Vitality the Palinka quests were not added.

Fortress sieges are working 90% as retail, only thing left to do is finish the code to award the fort to the rebels who plant the flag. Other than that the guards, Boss NPCs (All drop KEs) and Flags spawn as they should.

There was a minor bug with players getting stuck when re-spawning at a Castle Siege HQ flag but it was fixed.

Geosystem has been updated dramatically so that players seldome get the "Target cannot be found." bug that plagues most Java servers.

Some items and skills still need to be added, but those things take time as access to retail data is limited.

Tested Hellbound area; most mobs are working and drop items as on retail. S80 Recipe quest is working as retail, mobs are spawned in Atomic Foundry and Jude gives the random S80 recipe as he should; or weapons parts if you choose those instead. (Tested on closed system).


As for the Zaken's Curse event that was quickly fixed and only 5 weapons were gotten. As it was not the fault of the players I refuse to take the weapons back.

I will never say that my server is perfect, but players have been very good at reporting bugs and my code team does their best to fix them.

The hardest thing about trying to run a low rate server is that most players prefer easy servers that boost you to level 80 and offer everything in the game for a price. To me there is no challenge on servers like those, and most only do it for the donations. We have no donations, so myself and the coders get no money, I pay for the hosting service out of my own pocket.

If you want more info, ask my players to post their own results and comments.

I can not say anything that bad about the server since I see the same shit on every server. ( always teh same shit bad everywhere) However I am very disappinted in a few things as they were put into the server without careful thought. B crys, zakens curse event, amoung a few other things.

Its not a bad server..... Its just like every other server out there.

1. Minideed ,I'm not a kid to believe that the reward was just a bad script.
This event is old in L2 world (August 2007) and from original code the prizes for this event are:
Golden Circlet of Redemption
Pig Wrangler's Cap
Silver Circlet of Salvation
Now..from some Circlets to a TOP A grade weapon it's a very long way.
So the event script was customized by you or your dev.
Also when you launch a event in your sv ...I bet that someone TESTED that before.You not launch the event and after that you "fix" the prizes.
Fixes are for stuff that not work properly not for the rewards.

2.The wipe thing - all L2 players knows that Beta means - TESTING server.
When the sv will go LIVE than is 100% sure that wipe will come...so most of us we don't join Beta sv to achieve stuff.We do it to take some fun or If we join we just test what we know for sure that we want to work properly when we will start the real game...and there is a huge list.

3.Minideed - I have nothing with your server...it's better than many many other servers but be more carefull on what you customize.
What will they say (new players) when they will see - no nobless yet, no castle taken, no big clans , 10-15 online and half of them running in Giran Square with Top A weapons.( the quests for those rec and parts can't be done by B grade players -it's imposible)
I love to play on small rates x3 -x10 and that means that I want a good L2 sv where to invest alot of time. I usualy love to fight and work hard for my achievements...that's why I don't like "Free stuff" from events or imba donate system.
Also we (the clan) use to spoil /manor/T-rex/catacombs just for a damn SOM or AM....that takes alot of time. What's the point here when someone can achieve TOP A in less than 10 min and at any lvl?

4.I and many players love events. Also that is a big " +" for sv. That means you care and you work for your server and your players.
But the events purpose it's FUN and that's all.They should not imbalance the game.

5.Don't take that personaly...everyone has his own opinion.Maibe there are players that like this kind of rewards. I don't and this is only my opinion...but that dosen't mean that Serpent is not good.
It's a fine custom server ...and Minideed it's working hard to be better and better.
Everyone it's free to chose...
