DEX is for normal hits, you dont need it in PVP ;) STR is for critical atack rate, Increase your STR and CON and you will smash`em up

Who the hack told u that critical rate is influenced by STR?STR influences P.Atack ONLY!!!And anyways as a Gladiator/Duelist u don't need to modify any stats (CON u have enough; STR and DEX are more than enough at a Glad) + the Gladiator has (more often than a dagger i may add) a very big crit chance when using skills.....
With +5 S Grade Duals and with normal PP buffs (without the prophecies) i had 8 consecutive Triple Sonic Slash criticals

I wanted to say that if you increase STR you will gain a lot of damage on normal skills, but this will increase your skill critical rate. Maybe im right but if you increase your DEX you will only lose. It all depends on what armor are u using. Its very easy to say increase STR, CON DEX

edit: Gladiator/Duelist with increased DEX instead of STR and CON will always lose against archers, daggers, other gladiators( +STR + CON), tyrants, destroyers etc.

Again...if u increase your attack power that does not mean that the crit rate of the skills increase too.I told u once before, normal hits crit rate and skills crit rate are influenced exclusively by DEX.About losing if i use +DEX-CON dyes i don't think so.If i tatoo a Glad with +4STR+4CON-8DEX i'll hit 2 times slower than a dwarf. http://lineage.pmfun.com/list/stat enter the link and see the stats for yourself and then apply them (with the+ and -) in game or apply them in game and then enter the link, and tell me your opinion after that.
Oh and btw a Glad never loses against a Tyrant...belive me i had both and once i got my ass kicked by a Glad 2 lvls lower than me when i was playing my Tyrant (My Tyrant was 74 and the Glad 72).U can say i don't know to play the tyrant but a Lighter vs. a Glad =Glad pwns. Glad vs. Destro is an equal fight even if the Destro has Frenzy and Guts (UD wannabe)......I won 2 out of 4 fights against a Glad in Oly.The only char that i belive can pose a real threat to a Glad/Duelist it's the Daggerer.

chars that can beat a gladi: paladin, destroyer, overlord.

Skill Mastery: Masters excellence in skills. Low possibility of being able to re-use skills without delay or doubles the duration. Influenced by STR.

+con+str-dex ftw

Yea most of the ppl think that skill mastery is responcible for skill crit rate and since its influenced by STR: +STR = more skill crit. But if u see the mystics skill mastery is also influenced by STR - so whats that supose to mean more STR on a mage = more crit rate for spells, guese not. So for the ppl that think that STR or skill mastery has smth to do with skill crit rate think again.

Btw tyrant can beat glads i have beaten them, i`ve played both too ( i hate glads - so slow in everything ) :) its not so hard just dont use light armor - use heavy. On CT1 it might get a bit different with that evade skills for light armor masteries.
