Uhm sorry for question i quetly understand what does it do

It should you give you complet invulnerability,the problem is this...

When i use it and stand still i mean walking and not atacking,and when i get hit it works

But when i use it and start atacking it doesnt is it a bug?

Painkiller goes away because in gracia final when u use an invincibility skill it goes away if u attack or use buffs potions heal, And yes if u will use painkiiller and not do anything the buff stays

painkiller = soulhound skill (like forse barrier 4 example).
when u hit somebody it dissapears since gfinal QQ

This is lame then,actually in gracia part it was my last resort although if i didnt kill till end of this i would die coz of its side effect...,but now..you will anyway die

I read it but i wasnt accurate.. now i found it

It has been changed so that invincible skill effects will be cancelled if one attacks or uses a skill while the invincible skill is active.
