Hi,

i'm really curious about HOW TO GET S GRADE RECIPES ?
There is no Data in the drop calculatr for it :/

I actually need a Recipe: Forgotten Blade, either the 100% or 60% one.
Where does it drop or is it a questreward?

And i'm talking about Hellbound/Gracia.

1st: they dont drop
2nd: there's no 100% recipes for A and S, they exist in the database, but int he game they cant be obtained
3rd: there are multiple quests for those, such as:

ally with varka/ketra (lvl 5 ally, u can kill mobs and buy recipes with the items they drop)

imperial tomb, four goblets - random recipe, or u can make an "extra" in four sepulchers and u can select the recipe u want

forge of the gods - not sure is its random or u can select, but I think its like the IT one, theres an extra in which u can chose

I dunno if there are any more, maybe in HB they added some new ones

else just drop it from RB

The FoG quest is good.
Every mob has a chance to drop a "Torch" (the quest item), some mobs drop 2 in a time.
When you get 1000 you can exchange for a random recipe of a S Grade Weapon.
When you get 1200 you can exchange for a S Grade Weapon recipe of your choice.

The quest begins with that Blacksmith that I don't remind the name

I just had a look at the FoG quest, seems to be pretty good.
In the Database here it says "Solo" in the link and then it turns out to be "for a good party" in the description.
I do play a TK, im sure i'm able to tank the mobs there, but is my dmg high enough to kill any of those mobs?
I know it will take some time tho ;P

Anyone has some experience with the quest? What would you advise?
Maybe a Sps for good dmg?

FoG is one of the harder places on the game, not because the mobs are very resistant (they are x5 HP and resist every fuking weapon+fire), they are group mobs. But what u have to do is very simple. If u have a noblesse summoner/doomcryer, he can use noblesse tp and go to different places inside, and there are places with few mobs that wont aggro, so u should stick around there. For party just take a normal DD party, nukers/archers/dagger, a destro would be good, but since u play HB it wouldnt work so good. Ofc take buffers, u wont come to town every 20 minutes. No, u cant kill mobs there alone, they will eat u alive if u dont have full buffs

He said he's a tank. In this case a destro/sws-remewal/bd/cardi and boxed cov will leach him very well. In upper fog for example, there's a spot where you can take 4,5 rooms. This quest isn't for normal parties, or for solo'ers.
Destroes and AOE mage parties can bounce there. It's much simple and effective for destroes tho. A train of 5 rooms means about 30 torches w/ one man quest, wich is destro.
If you want S weapon recipe go in IT and take Relics of the Old Empire quest. In mage rooms, not boss rooms, quest items drop chance is higher, between 50% and 90%.
In a full pt with high dmg output like archer ones and with one man quest you'll take around 100 relics/ round of buffs. You as a tank, try find a melle pt, or try to leach. Afterall, tanks are prioritary to your clan/ally when you're be able to enter in oly.
After you get 1k relics, take 4 goblets quest and go 4 sepulchers. After 4s you'll be teleported in a room , Pilgrims Room where's a npc wich will give you what S weapon recipe you want.

About armor recipes.

Take alliance with ketra or varka quest. I'll suggest you to take Alliance with Ketra, so you can fight in Varka, because in Varka are a lots of great spots and mobs are easier.
To reach the part where you can take S recipes you'll need Ally Mark lvl 5 with Ketra.
Ally 1 : 100 soldiers ; Ally 2 : 200 soldiers and 100 captains;
Ally 3 : 300 soldiers, 200 captains, 100 generals;
Ally 4 : 300 soldiers, 300 captains, 200 generals and take another quest from Hierarch Kadun Zu who's in ketra, a quest called : Prove Your Courage; After you take this quest go kill a RB in Varka called Shadith.
You need to be in last hit party, so you can take a quest item called Totem
Of Valor. Return to Wahkan (ketra) and you'll have ally 4 with ketra orcs.
Ally 5 : 400 Soldiers, 400 captains, 200 generals and take another quest
from Hierarch Kadun Zu again, a quest called : Slay the enemy commander; After you take this quest go kill a RB in Varka called Varka's Commander Mos. You need to be in last hit party, so you can take a quest item called 1 Totem Of Wisdom. Return to Wahkan and you'll have ally 5.
When you have ally 5 you'll be able to buy Purple and Red bags wich will give you random S armor recipes. You need 2500 Varka's Manes to take a Purple Bag. If you double click it, there's a chance to get main armor recipes or adena ; 80% chance S armor rec; 20% chance adena.
Last time i clicked on one of those i'd got Recipe Draconic Leather Armor 60%.
You need 750 Varka's Manes to take a Red Bag. If you double click it, there's a chance to get S boots/gloves/helm/shield recipes or adena ; 85% chance to get a recipe and 15% to get adena.

For Relics Of the Old Empire and Four Goblets i couldn't found any database info. I'll tell you from where you can take these quests.
Relics Of the Old Empire : Go IT, pass the room with undeads and take the quest from a shadow, Ghost of Adventurer.
Four Goblets : Go in IT, pass the L room spot and enter in a big room from where you have 3 directions to sepulchers. In center of this big room is another Nameless Spirit. Take Four Goblets quest from him.

Well guys I decided to make a little invasion on FoG
I used 2 man party - Me - Kamael trickster/ Friend - Adventurer
We used a conventional A grade dagger and crossbow. The tanking was pretty smooth - lay a trap and then slice'n'dice. no problem at all. We used lure magic to pull individual mobs.
We managed to get 1 rec in about 4-4,5 hours in this way on 1x server so I imagine that with bigger party this will be like 1 rec every hour (full pt can probably pull the task in 1 buff time. But since I tried the quest in my own server so I can guarantee that everything is like it's supposed to be, I couldn't get more people to get a test on full party timing because I don't have enough hardware power for it ) By the way the FoG quest is a lot lot lot easier than the IT one on my personal opinion (4 sepulchers is a hell in its own way)

So what do you want from us?
