Safe: +3 / Full armor +4
Rates: Weapon 55% Armor/Jewelry 45%

Other Features:

NPC Buffer (only in Beta phase! after we will put it to vote)
Buff Time = 60 min / Prophecies,Cov&Magnus = 5 min
GM Shop up to A grade (S grade craftable with special drop Mats+spoils)

2 Custom Zones:

- Elven Fortress (custom mats zone)
- DVC (Dragon Valley Caves) - Boosted ADENA&EXP zone

Raids level 80+ drop S weapons / armors!

3 Custom Raids (each dropping different type of custom armor - Titanium)
- these raids will be added later in-game when server gets more populated

Custom PvP/PK reward system (can obtain different accessories)
+ PvP/PK nick color system

and much much more!

These enchant rates make most important thing in pvp skills and not enchants on your gear. So i wouldn't say LOL...

Only javas doing all those enchant limits and shit. Java fun: farm to enchant, enchant to 1 shoot. No skill needed, only brainless bugged skills spamming with op items.

Anyway its always better to have a low max enchant than low enchant rates cos that way nolifers will still have +748932758932 items and ppl that play a few hours per day will have safe enchant/low enchant weapons With low max enchant (+10 for example) the nolifers and the ppl who dont play a lot can have equal stuff, so its a lot more fair...

then go on some crappy server with +++++++ ... skills not matter there, only gear... when every1 has same.. +3 more enchants dont make much different and if u have skills u can win with +3 gear easly... on other hand if ppl have +25 ger and u +3... no chance
