It is the rank system that made Modern Warfare so unique =). Otherwise, there was nothing really in CoD2's multiplayer that made it any better than the other WW2 shooters at the time, like Medal of Honor.

After like a year of playing MW seriously, my friends and I went nuts, and started running around shooting at each other with just M9s, or sniper rifles without aiming down the sights. Now THAT'S fun XD
