Maybe http://l2p.l2wh.com/skillenchant.html is what u need, but it isnt exactly a calculator. I dont know any server with calculator for skill enchant chance... But its easy it goes from 99% down and at ~+7 gets to 80% and droppin, +10 is 40% and thats all u will ever need to know
ofc depends on lvl, but from 78+ its all around this

the example shows the chance of OEing the skill BACKSTAB
route:POWER

the first numbers from 1 to 30 show the level of enchantement
2nd and 3rd column of numbers are for exp and sp cost

the 4th,5th and 6th columns are for CHANCE OF SUCCESSING A SKILL ENCHANTMENT

the last column is useless to u:Dit means "information"

the 4th column shows chances at lvl 76
the 5th column shows chances at lvl 77
and 6th column shows chances at lvl 78

as u see at 78 the chance GREATLY increases:)
