if i had aq,baium and super-duber weap i would go for PR

Go for Phantom Ranger, in a party you will be really great.
HE in party isn't special as PR, cuz his dmg isn't so big.
PR in party has time to hex and slowly throw his HP, while he's buffed and his party guys ""AGRRO"" him.

Hex = Magic Skill

IF you have Magic Haste Potion ( Acumen 2 ) and Zerk 2 and blessed spiritshots ( not 5k of em, 400 is enough ) you will cast fast.
That means you will start hitting mob for

Pr LVL 70 ( I used skills from 70 lvl)

His p def 23 % - ( Mob's)
Crit atk. power 20% ( Archer )
P atk 177
Atk. Spd. 20% -
4 accuracy

for HE (70 lvl)

p atk 177 ( PR same )
Critical attack RATE 20 %
immobilize
150 range

Now tell me. . .
Is it better to have mob with 23 % p def down and with archer's p atk huge and crit dmg huge or some nab HE with 20 % more crit rate and same p atk than PR and beeing immobilized.

So what if 20% atk. spd.
It's same shit like SpS vs. SpH

5 accuracy

There is the point!
Lower attack speed + more damage/shot ---> Lesser mana consumption. ---> Oppurtunity to hex. ;D

Let's take a sample.

Mob with 10000 HP.

Normal hit 500.
Normal hit + Hex 800
Normal hit + Deadly Eye 700
Normal Hit + DE+Hex 1000
Critical Hit Normal 1200
Critical Hit + Hex 1500
Critical hit + Deadly Eye 1400
Critical Hit + Hex + DE 1900

Now tell me . . . Is Hex WORTH OR NOT?
