if main have a passive e.g. hp boost and from sub u take the same e.g. hp boost then these 2 passive stack?

i read about sub class skills in other foruns and all say that you can only stack enchanced skills, if thats true you cant stack the boost hp skill





also i want to ask opinions about sub skills should i pick to my dagger (aw)

does that summoners elemental resist give good defence against elemental attacks? (well +5 is that big difference or not?)
i'm still thinking +6% hp or +p.def or 30crit rate chance attack haste and maybe tanks +20% m.def/p.def because it's 15s.. i dunno correct me if i think wrong
