is there any other effect which influences blows in some way by modifying STR except skill mastery? i think he had in mind skill mastery, but if not.... well, he will explain :-D

whats the best SA for each dagger classes.. i mean

Ex:

TH = Haste

Pw = CD

aw = guidance ..

Trust me, crit dmg on the as is bullshit. Max of 100 blow dmg. If you get an as always go for haste, that's just perfect for helping you land those backstabs quicker.
But for example icarus disperser and dynasty knife don't have haste. So you'll go for critical damage, but the point is that crit dmg on such weapons is very powerful.
