u can also us LA and get ur speed maxed
whatever dmg the destro deals u can counter with cp pots spam and elixirs

u have to be smart and dont rush the destro in head vs head get armor crush on ur ass and get pwnt...

seen haxor guys leaving short range between them and the destro enemy
so the destro has all the time the feeling that he is gona catch u and land some nice armor crushes or even try hammer crush so the tyrant doesnt get 2 much damaged cuz the destro doesnt even switch to bow

when i pvp destroes i just "take my time"
loadz patience and nuke run nuke run
when the proper moment comes ripo
the tyrant is very flexible char so imo its pwning in pvp
and in pve..

Just to remind you something... When you compare 2 classes, it's not only a 1 vs 1 between these 2 classes that matters. Imo, that's the last think you should discuss, since 1 vs 1 is lolpvp.

A/w imo destro is better overall. He is a very good farmer and amazing in pvp. He can do amazing things in mass pvp

Since when he can do those amazing things in mass? Open field u're just 0 cause u get targeterd always 1st and not only by archers. Only places where destro matters at pvp is closed spaces with lots of corners. Stop posting crazy sh1t like that ppl might actually read and take it seriouslly.

well, here i agree with ruud, Destro is one of the "unconventional" farmers and pvpers... a destro with a pole farms like an animal. when i went farming in catas i always take ot tanks with me, so they can get all the mobs for me and bring them.
Who says destro isnt suited for all types of classes? with the right equip ( and i dont mean "HAHA" +30 wepons and armor) u can handle any class. for killing mages my favorite is NM lght/draco light and a dragon hunter axe.

I'll tell you my opinion:
1v1 - gk. Before you jump on me, remember that at 30% hp the tyrant will jump into zealot + bison totem. All he needs is crt stun fists, which can't be resisted by anything since it's not a conventional stun. The gk just has to enter 30% hp before the destro does. If he does this, the destro will most likely be interrupted when he tries to frenzy. And even is he enters frenzy + zealot. He won't attack too much because of the stuns.

Mass pvp - gk. Slow chars are anti-mass pvp. What you need is a char that resists damage decently, and it also needs to be fast. That's the gk.

Farm - the unbeatable titan. The ultimate farmer imo...

In general 1v1, the gk can pretty much kill everything because he is resistant, has good damage and also has his 'ultimate' move with zealot, bison and crt stun fists. Nothing can escape that except a powerful mcrit (the old x4 mcrit) or a crit backstab.
The titan however is only useful vs melee characters that can't do massive damage from range, or, easier to say, has to touch the destro to kill it.


Noooo way. The tyrant will rip your ass out with his range attacks. Remember, he's more dangerous at a range than the gladiator.


No offence, but what you said is bullshit. Gk is by far better overall. He is the killer in 1v1, he's the killer in mass (provided he knows how to locate isolated targets), and he farms very well too. Not as well as the destro, but the bison + zealot thing in pve is very efficient.

@ ruud can u honestlly say that u will not get face down on the ground in open field? In open field destro is innexistant. Yea mass pvp tight spaces he can do wonders. Soo can warlord, soo can bd sws eventually if u put it this way. Open field i just can't see what kind of setup or skills u use to not get targeted. I for 1 will always target a destro that tries to get close cause that means alot of dmg hence i always suppose it will come frenzy+zealot, and soo will do 90% of ppl. Ofc u can be a dwarf or smth undercover but not even soo, cause when u see the big sword u tend to guess, and this will only work once. And u don't need eventually much hits from a mage to go down hence we're talking mass full buffed pvp.

PS: will not even bother to answer u'r last question. I for 1 came with arguments, stated my point and tryed to prove where u are wrong. U just quoted and spammed afterwards.

Fock it i can't abstain. What bullsh1t u do with destro in mass. since when mass pvp means cata, or It. Most mass pvp are done at epics, sieges, Rb's in general and from what i know 80% of these are in open field pvp. AQ: u will not even make 2 steps in the room with fr and sh1t u'll be done for. Baium u'll be dead at the bottom of the ladder. Siege: outside u don't count at all. U're just an oversized target i can kill. Orfen where u gonna hide soo u can gang me from short distance. Beetween mobs? Until u get a skill that grants u total stupidity of u'r enemies, or blind for 5 sec, the time u got to get near me (with zelot, ww and anyother sh1t u can think off), or any of the allied targets u'll just lay face down in the dirt. Maybe if lucky u'll kill 1.


@redpill not argueuing about pve. Prbly best pve in game. But in open field things change. Have u ever ever seen any kind of vid with destro pvp except cata, throne room, IT. And i mean serious vid. Cause i haven't. Not argueing about 1 on 1 class, or about tight spaces pvp, i just sayed open field pvp.

I like destro alot but it seems i actually played one and i understand it's limits. Prove me wrong on any of my points above and yea u are right.

versus daggers u can use ogre and maximize ur pdef,use couple of skills,crit for 4k and its time for "GF MAN"
versus archers u can be the edge of the weapon as a fortified character or u can be the lightning using rabbit/wolf
vs glad u can be the run+nuke character or ogre+head to head character
vs mages..puush..simply maximize ur speed when u see curse coming <ripo stance> u reach the mage-->its dead already
u can be skillspammer or u can be pure melee character(for example zealot+bison+crtstun or health+skills)
tyrant can shift pretty fast from 1 form to another

and destro?ya destro is pure ownage prefrenzied behind the walls waiting for the lolrush..
but has no totem spirits to be fast in moving/attacking/having excellent crit rate/higher pdef
if u get caught in open field u will be kited to death
for example SK CAN KITE destro but no wai to do that with a tyrant

Destro has a skill called frenzy, that increases your p atk crazily. Turn it on, have 1 healer behind you and go kill anything that comes in your way...


Once when raiding Baium, one of my ally members did this with spear and aoe farmed the enemies.

healer wont manage your hp between 1 - 30% in pvp, so say BB for frenzy. On raids, its different story, ye, but in pvp, destro simply sux since HB (but in interlude, why not, frenzy & zealot on full hp was crazy - remember, frenzy with sword increases speed, so you have around 200 speed with it)
