in general OL has no chance against mana drainers... u can have all the boggus equpment on the server. NO MANA = NO CHANCE.

Ol pretty strong. PP stronger. Actually only chance ol has against pp is to oe his skills to the max and hope all go perfect. Imagine a smart ass pp who blesses the ol. With Bless soul ofc. Ol is focked cause m burn drains by quantity of total mana. Actually most of good hrp use this all the time no matter the opponent. And imagine some other smart ass ol's that chooses conversion or mana up weapons against a pp . Saw it soo don't be amazed. Anyway as i told ol's best bet is to land as much seals as possible and fast. Even soo pp has enuff mana to rebuff, heal and last till the end. It's focked up really. Ol's get raped by pp...nothing more to say.

se, ee, bish,pp, summoners, even a wc is an ol's nightmare... shit, i'm playing an ol and i'm even fearing sh coz of the dams wind vortex and arcane chaos ))

and the skills require lots of manas

dye +5wit -men , when you start use MA set with mana up weapon , do buffs and after that switch to arcana mace .... if you have invincibility augment thats pretty imba just drain their asses

vs prp : all you need is your dreaming spirit enchanted to +9 and other important seals because it's your only chance to win , remember you need to land suspension! do winter , suspension , despair , silence
after you did that try to drain his ass and switch to IC+drac bow always try to activate soul cry when you regen some mana

vs glad : same tactic start with MA set + mana up wep buff urself , do like 2-3 drains at beggining to consume that mana , equip IC+bow and activate soul cry also ... try to kite all time and when you see him coming for a melee skill deactivate soul cry and run till he reaches you , when you have like 40-50% hp equip AM and drain till u have like 500 mana left and switch again to bow to finish him

... it's hard yeah but you have chances to do it




you lol'd at them and they lol'd at your ass because mana burn has certain power and the mana drain depends on few stuff like matk , enemy's mdef ....

when you get inside vs an prp to begin with a conversion weapon (only if you are 100%sure you will get in match with him) its the best choise ever because until he gets you all the mana you dmg hit really good , prolly he can't keep up with battle heals and fail!

i saw ol beaten ee with AS+H was so funny when ee tried to heal l0l0

Go for Draconic or Nightmare (or any light armor) use dagger with crt. dmg. or focus and use soul cry :D:D:D:D:D

Prolly cos tact of paagrio gives u imba evasion for 200+2x+y mp and a draco set gives super-brutal patk and atkspd bonus, its rly worth trying

oh vs EE yeah evasion is good but vs fighter classes i preffer heavy

Waza u really play in u'r little world no? Remember that a pp is a farmer and usually gets some decent sh1t on him also from clan. Mental, high mdef, and maybe some epics there to tag along. Soo 1 u'll not be able to drain as much as u made u'r plan. It's never a best choice to start with conv weapon. If u do that u'll loose before the match begins.A decent pp will bless the soul on u'r already high mana pool and just bur it up in the next 10 sec or smth like that. Just try the b soul thing. U'll see it's not the same or maybe i'm wrong, but it used to work for sure on last chronicles. I'll test it now too cause i just rebegan playing l2. Ofc ol has high mdef no comment and even mental shield weapon but mana burn has a pretty high landing rate. About the dreaming spirit...no comment. Remember that u're pvping a char with high mdef, debuff ressistance buffs, mental shield and as i said before decentlly eqquiped for the obvious reasons. Not to mention that since augm tagged along pp's usually carry a nm set against trancers. Not as simple as 1, 2, 3 as u imaggined it. Or maybe it is for u.

Cause with draco u get the +280 smth mp man. Don't u get it? Wtf is he gonna do with sleep/hold ressist + pdef and hp in oly.

b4 in interlude i have noticed that as a bish i burn always constant amount of mana
for example if i burn 400 mana per skill on a glad -i do the same on a mage o O
i was always thinking that its dependant on skill power

but on RA for example things stand differently from what i have experienced previously

afaik and ol always goes for heavy armor + 1-handed blunt(for stun)
if his stunned and u can change armors fast drop on DC or any robe u got and start sealin if any lands hes OwneD for s00re

why the hell you use seal of winter againts pp? its waste of time and mp imo...... agree with suspension, silence and despair...... but i will start with dreaming spirit and silence first, afaik, pp has spell turning, which should be equal to silence, but never tested (never had pp on 81 as main)
