use summon
try some debuffs(id do that only for fighters cuz if i try silence i know i always fail)
and anyways if u try debuffs on mage like sps or sph and u fail - ur dead
there are lots of strategies but usually on fighters i use curse of doom and some other debuffs and then spam ds, vortex...
on mages only spam ds and vortex and drain ofc:)

in server where i playd u could enter oly with already summoned summon
i used to use on fighters
cod and skill with lowers enemys accuracy(lol forgot name)
and it usually went well
well maybe server was bugged or what..
it was interlude btw:D

yeah you can enter with summon but the summon iz only for 40-50 minutes if you use it so you make it have time for 5-6 rounds and its gone or even less if its killed so iz dumb
