whats ur lvl ffs?
72 but lvl isnt the problem idk

level does the difference in success rate of ANY kind of skill
like even hurricane fails oftenly if its low lvl OR u hit higher lvl target

so imo lvl a bit(for example to 75)

it es true i has tried it lots and it works back in c4 i was 56 th i was in saints necropolis with some frs and i lured every mob w/o fail

I can't remember failing a lure. But I don't use it too often since I'm usually in a full party. Never tried it on higher mobs tho.
