if your clan got a drop imperial staff else dont bother to craft any its realy a waste of mats, take it for farming only if you make MP regeneration SA it stacks really well with blessings of seraphim OR you can use magic hold if you plan to CDL but for pvp take arcana mace the 15% cast speed from acumen is way more effective

i think the empower SA gives less than 100 matk in stats so...

btw if you use MA set , you already get low cast speed without acumen it would be really painfull to play like that xD both pve and pvp

about empower SA on weapon

depends what way it works. If it add m atack to your final number (for example 5k + 50) or if it add m atack to your weapon (dunno what is the exact number of imperial staff, but for example 170 + 50)

if that m atk is added to weapon, it may make a nice difference...... and even more deadly would be magic power. But if it only adds to final m atack, it sux.

Let's take it purely theoretical. If it adds 60 matk to the stat window, that's low even for a d-grader. But my guess is that it adds 60 matk to the weapon's matk. That's like a +7 wep or so.
