phantom cubic decreases p.def or p.attack or p.attack by 23% but it stacks with hex and power break?

Phantom cubic doesn't stack w/ hex and powerbreak.
Block shield stacks with hex/poltergeist tho.

phantom cubic has 2 chances.....decrease p def or decrease p atk...1 from 2!

yes it has decrese attack speed.. ...phantom have 3 random efects .. decrese atack speed (wind shackle) , decrese p.atk (power break) and decrese p.def(hex).... and the effect are not stackable

no stacking, but thinking about the situation this is happening is still a nasty thing. so phantom cubic has the random effect of bower break, hex and wind shackle. what? do u have a DE fighter in party? it's enough the enemy gets his hex, power break, the ps' wind shackle and the stun to know he's pretty much screwed...

phantom would be pretty much redundant at that point

)). well, i dont wanna mess with a combo like se+sk or se+aw...or even se+pr... all u know is by the end ull be seeing stars and have 3-4 blinking red squares in ur buff slots.
