- str usually. No fixed dyes anyways for paly. A bit of wit, more on con, a bit on dex. Tol doesn't make heals 60% more effective it's 80%. Tol restores 50% but it gives a lot of hp regen/tick (A lot), also a lot of debuff resistance. Respect for icarus on all the info on most of classes but if i remember correct he said smth about paly. About holy blessing. No paly that has a bit of knowledge will use that heal on himself. No comment on the Delf posts. They rock.

tol is one of the best skills from paladin give approx 80% resist to magical debuffs ( with mental shield and tol u are nearly 100% free of silence/etc) also giving a lot heal bonus from magic ( during tol u can also selfheal with sacrifice )

doubt it. it does restore but a % of hp... it does not rlly count in the - heal thing, afaik |: like try to use restore life or TOL in a pala with AI or a titan with zealot ( it restores a certain % of max hp not a fixed amount like major heal does) . even tho i did it on a private server and i can't rlly tell if bugged or not D:

i tried ToL during angelic icon and with max hp 4.4k ToL healed me ~1k hp ( used at 1300 hp)
