They change the name due to some inner drama between previous owner ashe and the current owner aderyn, in the past he was responsible of coding and ashe was the head gm.
One day ashe said some money disappeared and he changed the pass to the access of the money so aderyn decided to take over the server saying it was his work and opened azure since supreme named belong to ashe....

Ashe said that aderyn was just interested by money but most of the player stayed in azure since aderyn was the one having the files of the servers.... guess buying the premium pack to play wasnt so far from the turth :O

Azure(Supremme) its nothing more then a money making mashine.Remmember L2x?

Azure(Supremme) started with the death of one of the first L2 private servers (C1 till C5).

The software they are using is that leeked C4 code.It was never near C5,and it wuld never be,just because they have *k ppl donating.

Its not ashe that took the money but your beloved gm, ashe asked why and those guy said most of the money came from nanaki so it doesnt concern him. So he decided to change the pass of paypal so they dont take more money without any approval, those two went emo and took aerith and nanaki with them. Ashe tried to get aerith back, so they copied the file on another computer and formated aerith's hardware and sent it to him.
But anyway you just have to look at the current situation to see whats more important to them, the money or the game improvement.....
