+4 dex gives +4 % spd and +2,4 evade

the spd without dex stats with zerk and ww (like in oly) is 166
4 % of 166 is 6,64 which means +7

=

+4 DEX = +7 SPD AND +2,4 EVADE

destroyer with +4 dex, no +7 spd armor and zealot with slow has a spd of 141

i put + 4 dex on a pr and i get 4 speed and you tell me that a mage ( very low dex ) can have more speed from + 4 dex ??? get real xD

depends on your gear

and who said dye like x2 wit +4 men-4 or something like that is naap cause u can add only max 5 pts not 8 so better use wit +4 men-4 and it+1 men-1.
