who can give me some pvp tactics against mages

and plz write PR and SR playstyles against tanks

anything else? maybe a cold beer ?


As an archer you cant really do much on a mage.
you got 2 options IF the mage is alone of course,1 is to attack him first with a stun shot and pray it lands...if it lands you have very good chance of killing him,the second is to hit him normally and run while using CP/HP potions to restore and damage you took from spells, after the 1st critical hit lands you can keep it up until he dies or try a double shot and keep up.Never go close to him cause he will de-buff you with slow/surrender/anchor or anything he has,always try to get him from the back you have more chances of critical..and always kite them for miles and miles

and the second advice ,,,,,,,,,,,, shit i never reach to hit him twice

Well then the server you play sucks,btw archers are made for ganging so get 2 more friends and go out to spread some arrow fear

If you play a difficult server,then you have to own a good set of armor and a good bow of course.The second thing you have to know is that if you are a Hawkeye,then,before starting the pvp,use Snipe (this skill causes a lot of damage when shooting an arrow,but you cant move)So if you start with a Stun Shot,remember of using this skill.....and of course dont try to be a hero ,by using a low grade armor and weapon set against a higher-level player

And another advice i can give you is that ,if you try to have a PvP with a tank,then you will probably lose.....Why am I saying this?
cause tanks have a skill named Deflect Arrow.if you dont know this skill,lett me give you an idea.....When a tank is hitted by an arrow,the damage will be very low or it wont even hurt him!!!So try not to Pvp with a High-level tank type character(especially a Shillien knight)

btw i have Soul bow +3 majestic jewelery at +3 , i play on HE as subclass on a 7x server

Then there shouldn't be a problem with mage maybe u need better jewel?

Mage are really overpowered on private server.
on offie with a majestic set +3, archer are hit for around 700-800 damages by spell but gives around 1k damages with arrow up to 3k with critical hit when buffed with focus and death wisper
and don't forget the range of archer wich are up to 1100 with snipe and archery at lvl 78, mage only have a range of 900 so they are dead most of time before being able to cast a skill.

btw u can manage to kill a tank easily with your archer ?
Your private is really buggy or your tank don't know how to PvP properly
deflect arrow and block shield rate are really high (add guard stance for sk) and self buffed archer are just able to hit for 200-300 damages each arrow

Only if you are full buffed and the tank is self buffed, you can kill him easily, if you both are full buffed, you'll kill him too but it will take time and little luck (especially versus an sk who can paralyse you)

archer in draco set + draco bow focus can crit a st for 1600 but normal arrow don't hit so hard (around 500) so a tank can take 2 cp pots to avoid the damages before another hit is coming

Archer are still the most powerfull class in l2 since 3 chronicles... and they eat mages for lunch

1vs1 with buffs tanks never get to hit me idk maybe they are noob but unbuffed i think they would kill me

i think i kill most of the tanks because i ge them from behind until they notice that they are attacked , they are already dead if it would be 1vs1 close i dont have a chance

Normally an archer wun be able to kill a tanker .. Either the tanker dunno about this potion called the CP potion or he just dunno how to play..
