what is the best s grade weapon for soultaker/necromancer?

Arcana mace acumen, ofc. For pvp.

and if the safe enchant is low
at my server safe enchant is +20 so its better arcana mace +20 than infintity rod cuz it cannot be enchanted

about other s grade things were ca n i obtain recipes for s grade armor?

You can obtain S grade jewels recipes from a simple quest in hot springs...

i said armor now jew... armor like draconic and ic

For any armor recipes, only ketra/varka ally can provide it
except if oyu play on offi, new zones spoils S grade recipes

For the best weapon at 76, SoM oed is good, you can try a tongue of themis mna up but it will fuck your casting speed up (btw tongue of themis is good for xp)
enchant weapon S are really hard to get because it's drop only wile A grade enchant weapon are created by castles

for your arcana, you need an SA13 to put acumen wich need to be leveled up from a SA12 on antharas, valakas, baium, frintezza, scarlet, anakazel and it's not really easy. SA12 can be leveled up on most of high level rb (it's not easy but more than a sa 13)

If you play on offie,since Kamael, the evasion is more important than before so, drop your shield and buy a 2hand blunt like a Branch of mother tree

Do you know by sure how that works?
I know that Ultimate evasion/Ultimate escape can evade phisycal skills and magic, but dunno if "regular" evasion works for that =/

I still think that One hand/shield its better, cause evasion on mages suck and you have more chaces to block an arrow with your shield and bless the shield that evade it =P

not really in fac, has a cardi, i prefer to evade an arrow that diminish the damages because most of archer have 50% crit damage so a shield don't really matter
of course you will evdae less than blocking but evading a hit is taking NO damages.
Honestly, since i've dropped my shield and took a BoMT i'm able to evade one or two arrow during siege rush wich help me to cast some majro group heal or celestial shield before i die.

in xping group, i evade mobs attacks fairly (not has a dagger of course)
shield base rate has been reduced in CT1 and land rate increase with shield mastery only
and bless the shield effect have been lowered too so there is no difference for tanks who have shield masteries but for mages it is

don't forget that shield remove 8 evasion points and you can now evade magic skills too !!
ultimate evasion evade physical skills but only at level 2, an archer with UE 1 can't.

in CT1.5, ncsoft plan to take evasion in count with physical skills too (you will be able to evade from skills but probably with lower chance than with UE)

try it, ask to a nuker to hit you in duel, check shield success on his nuke and than remove it and check attack failed, it's impressive

I play at Teon, Adventurer 76 / HE56
I Challenged a glad for duel just to check the UE (with my HE) and i evaded 3/4 nuke-type skills but no TSS.

UE1 works


What i didnt know is that normal(w/o UE) evasion works for magic.

it's just what ncsoft wrote in his patch notes
