hi..im sws 67 lvl in x2 srv.i use tallum heavy set and a dagger(bo +foc) .is it good or should i go for a sword? ty

dagger is for songs (faster). as for farm use a bow. sws is good with a bow (high dex plus songs).

Use a sword and shield.
You have half the masteries for shield a tank has: a shield will save your ass many times, believe me!
Keep a bow for some pvp situations.

Find a small group.
For example sws + sk and aw works very good with me and my friends, not the quickiest exp but a very solid and fun group.

Dont oversing!
Let the songs warn off, and then sing again.
You must do that because you maybe will need to use sword symphony or psychic symphony in a emergency; or even to sang another types of songs if the situation need.

In pve:
Only sit if it was really needed!
Help your friends with your sword.

In pvp:
if alone:
Your songs make you quite good, and has most people underates our class, you can gave a bad surprise too various classes, if not... wind and get out of there!
In group:
Keep yourself alive, out of the main confusion, provide songs for your party, and use symphonies carefuly.

look, keep the dagger but get a shield. The dagger is pretty good if u want ot solo, get a bow to... really i use this dagger (BO+F) on tanks(especialy SK) and even on spoiler, coz i got a friend BD and SE... so i get a lot of cirticals and each one hirts like hell .i like daggers >:) yea yea... u cat get the classic sword to, or dual sword, or duble hnaded sword... TAKE WHATEVER U LIKE!!! i even advize u to take a mana up, conversion or a mana regeneration wepon if ur just assissting.

go on a fun server buy every type of wep and you will know witch is the best playstyle cuz difrent ppl difrent style

Im sorry redpill, but that is a bad advice...

Its similar to advice someone that is driving a car for the 1st time to try a Lamborghini or Ferrari, that would be disastrous and give the wrong impression about the man dribving abilities.

About the sws (or any other class in game), i strongly sugest - if you cant or wont go to retail - to try a low rate server, without mana potions!

Sword is the most popular, especially for pvp cause you can have health SA and damage harder your enemy's healers/buffers/summoners etc...

Soloing with a sws is not the best choice, especially after 55. Find a good pt sit in a corner and sing . Even some high lvl parties would accept a 55 lvl sws

sws with bow is quite good even in pvp with ur song of wind but unpractical when using UD and if u d like to use a sword with shield then do so i can only recommend it...duals or doublehand are not so good because of p.def and atk.spd....and the best equip for you should be maje heavy...

As u know sws doesn`t get armor masteries after lvl 36 so my advice to u is:
armor: Nightmare light - cheap and nice
weapon: DLEdge: rsk.focus
dyes: +5 dex / -5 con these are not pvp dyes u are still a low lvl so concentrate on XP-ing
songs: earth,hunter,water / vitality and wind - optional
