You idiot... The con is already low, plus that you need it very much, +5 str is NOTHING. 200 patk there you piss on it. You need hp to tank.

it depends how you want to play your SK
SK is a very flexible class.
You can make it ubber tank, go for +CON - STR
you can make it damage dealer, go for +DEX - STR
you can make it to be a mage like in heavy armor, go for mystic weapon magical power and +dex - str

STR is useless for a tank anyway and the best way for a SK to make damages is to increse his crisical hit chance/accuracy
you have judgment and sting to make damages in melee and 4 magic skills at range (freezing strike, drain health, life leech and lightning strike)
you have 2 debuff (hex and power brake) and a posion skill
+ your cubics that does their job really well.
i'm subbing SK on retail atm and running with a magical sword with magical power is really fun, lighting strike land on each mob of my level and most of time in pvp on players of same level

For a SK, lightning strike is a "I win" button when it land. (i've beat a gladi 69 when i was 58)

4 lvls isn't rellevant...
It's stupid to do +str on a tank. It's obviously stupid to try do make it dd... Maybe and only MAYBE you'd go for + dex for a better speed and shield def rate. But few choose that way.

Truly the lightening strike is very powerful... It's horrible to see an sk cast it on you, even if your char is an ol.

Tank is a tank...
Play it AS TANK, they aren't supposed to be played as dd
So any dd setup will fail...

Tank doesn't need str, remove it.
Get +4 con -4 str and IF you want +4 dex -4 str...
OEd Doom/NM set and health weapon....

IMO get dyes after 70....
Till then you can solo a bit with buffs so no dyes is better....
After 70, u will have to party so go for the setup i told ya...

u should use more weapons ... fb health +fb focus + dle rsk.focus +soul separator rsk.haste + drac bow focus + imperialstaff empower/som magic power

so in pvp first use the fb health
when the 25% max hp are gone switch to fb focus
when your hp gets to lower than 60% switch to dle rsk.focus
when your hp goes low use ud and if the enemy run away for hit u from ranged distance u must switch to som/imperial and drain him or to drac bow focus btw there is still a skill power shot that u can use it with bow

so for pve use soul separator rsk.haste and have your life always at 50% its not so hard at it seems ^^ btw like that u will make more farming than with all other swords

btw i preffer tk ... but the tactic is the same

I dont know what dyes you should chose but in pvp it would be great to have one SOM Magic Power ^_^

the best config i ever see in sk for PvP was
Majestic heavy/nm shield, Dark legion's edge critical damages, SOM Magical power
dye : +4 DEX - 4 str, +4 con -4 str (with majestics, it gives only +2 con in total)

the player was switching on his som each time he had to drain/debuff his target and on the DLE in melee.

with shield fortress and guard stance up, sk have probably the best pdef but it's a toggle that suck your mana very quick too. You must use it carefully.
SK have also a passive skills to block at 360 degrees.
I don't agree with players that say "tank is a tank and can't make damages", it's the same players that says "bishop can't solo"
I've soloed my cardi and still solo him alone in rift and i solo with my sk too.
At 68~70, if you have enough money, you can xp faster than a nuker with banish seraph (land rate around 1/3 at 68 up to 1/2.5 at 74) in woa/toi/mos
