I am very in doubt about that. What could this server has to offer that don't have dozens already working and with stable community
From my first impression web page looks hmm - lame? (IMHO)
Forum accessible only after registration - why do I have to register to look how bid community is, how active it is. Or you want to hide all those 5 players that will join server? :)
And lastly Donation button makes this server unattractive from the beginning

As it says....it has to offer l2off files, x7 rates, official rules.
(excactly what I'm looking for, for a loooooong time)

Donation is neccessary otherwise the server will be a disaster for sure.

Problem is the web site realy looks lame (indicative of limited knowledge and effort) and most importand the eta delay has reached the point where nobody counts on this server to open.

btw Azure hides forum to guests too, so what?

any server that wants to stay more than a couple of weeks does .let's just not hope its something mega imbalanced ( since i was lazy to read all the topic to check for something bout that) . server looks like it will be nice , mighta look for my IL :)
