2. Yes, sure. They just don't move when they are doing nothing. When they run, attack and use skills all are fine.

4. You can't hit them (you can target them though) while not in PvP/Siege Zone or flagged. If they come and hit you they become flagged and you can hit them. Also the second part of the system doesn't allow you PK someone on a place with mobs 15 levels lower than you. We can just keep the 2nd part. Info about mobs in the area are taken from the Knowlist.

7. This way now Karma drops the same rate as on X1 rates. It is real pain for low levels and OK for high ones.

By the way you should allow 2 accounts per PC and not more (I have it this way). This will help server a lot.

Anyway, good luck with the server, I see you really do care about the server and in the end, only this matters. No files quality or experience.

When a player is on an area with mobs 15 levels higher than the player, the PK protection is disabled. Sorry for the mistake. This way a low level player can't abuse his protection on doing things like you described on a higher level player!

Come again? Apart from the fact that roxy is a bug nest , there are no full drops there and all other drop rates are constantly changing. What economy are you talking about? That server is a joke.

Celes will have strong population since day one. L2Uprising, will have very good population but not like Celes. So it is reasonable to allow dualbox. You won't start a completely new project with 1 account per PC. Will be dead in ~2 weeks. Except you have some thousands on nubs that wait to open another nub server. So please go bump your topic and leave this here like it is.
