You need materials, which you gain from mobs (monsters).
Recipes are mostly spoiled or you can get them on drop ( rare ).
There are few quests, which give you random A grade recipes .
And you need key materials to make weapon, armor, jewels.

Armor - Patterns and etc.
Weapon - Edge's and etc.
Jewels - Beads and etc.

most useful quest would be Exploration of Giants cave(part 1 and 2), where u get recipes for low A grade armors(DC, Tallum) and from part2 recipes NM, Maj.
from other recipes, DC robe recipe spoilable in Valley of saints, recipes for weapons are also spoilable.

and as tratnik said, u need materials (CBP, varnish, steel, DMP, etc), and lots of them, which are all spoialable or use Manor ar craft them(btw, use pmfun to see how many of each u need) and key materials or parts of equip. (Dragon slayer's Edge, Tallum Boots Lining, etc.)

once u have all u need, seek out warsmith, who has ur item on private creation. click Create, and good luck(there is only 60% to succed)

100% a grade racipes are only in database of Lineage2.
in adittion, WS has to have 100% rec registeres, and u have to have 100% rec in inventory in order to craft at 100%. and also if u look at pmfun's drop list, noone drops/spoils Recipe: Dragon Slayer(100%).
my opinion is, that 100% a grade recipes will be inplemented in one of upcoming cronicles.

when 100% A grade recipes appears, then a grade wont be so cool anymore, cut u will have it for sure, just u'll need more time to get it.
there will be no more luck and exitement when click on Create and u are waiting to see

well, imo they have to implement 100% A. but my sugestion is, drop only from instances (kamaloka / rift / cloud mansion) so not every WS will have them registered. they can implement them in Gracia part 3.
anyway, some poarts of armors wont be worth of 100% recs. like DC/tallum boots, which u can craft in few hours.
some, like DC gloves, MJ boots will be goddamn worth 100% rec, cuz 60% recs are so damn hard to get, and u are pissed if they fail. + all mats u had to use.

This 60% is not so cool. I play l2 3 years ago. I crafted a lot 60% recipes and I only succeeded a SOM. Only 1 recipe I could make.
Tons of materials got vanished. I think l2 really pisses me off.

Maybe next time, I will have luck. I really cross my fingers when I clik create. :)

those 60% are pure luck. i make my DC set with only 1 fail (helmet), but next i crafted tallum heavy, i failed 4x main part and 2x helm. those 60% are so unacurate, that u cant be really sure until u see You have earned...
some are even keeping records of their crafts. my friend crafted 65 out of 70 tries. and he was craftin A and S, both weapons and armors.
pure luck.

stil i loled at him, cuz he failed DC gloves twice, and i crafted them in first hit ^^ (we all know how hard is to get that rec)
