Hello....this is my 1rst topic in this forum..

I ll get straight to the point.

I have duelist in a x30 server.

Weapon: +7 Tallum*DLE with Passive P.attack augment
ARMORS: IC+6 and DYNASTY force Master +4 sets.
Jewels: VALA, ANTHY, ZAKEN, BAIUM, AQ

Well when i wore IC i had just +4STR-4CON dye. Some times i couldnt win another gladiator who wears +4 IC SET and +8 S dual with same Pattack augment..

Now with Dynasty and dyes +4STR-2DEX-2CON i lost,even if i have more P.attack. (Well i received a crit of 4500dmg...:/ that sent me to hell)

I mean its the 1rst time i loose to this glad...

What are the proper dyes to use with the above settings?For IC+6 and for DYNASTY +4?


PS. No need to say i only loose to TAnks (esp PAladins) and maybe some well played summoners.. But my main WISH is to nevel let that glad beat me again...

The best dyes are -9 DEX, prolly +5 STR +4 CON.

Now i have more questions:
Here are the stats with these Dyes and Dynasty+4 and olympiad buffs (MIGHT, HASTE, WW, FOCUS, DEATHWISHPER).
CP: 8365

With IC set +6 and same buffs

CP: 8865

So Dynasty gives around +100 attacK, IC +100 pdef.

All above stats are including WAR CRY, DUELIST SPIRIT and my clan lvl 8 skills. So you can figure pretty much how they are without clan skills.
Now i know that DW and Focus wont add anything to my skills...but that's what Oly manager has.. And i am not sure if its a wise choice to use Berseker Spirit against a GLADI.

I mean am i right? DO FOCUS and DW are useless buffs in OLY?

2nD QUestion:

Is it nice strategy to use Sonic BArrier right after game begins? Or its better to use it when u see u r in danger. As i expect the other glad will use the barrier sometime after some HP of his falls down. He allways do it at about 50% of his HP remains.

Plz make some quick answers....

IDK About Focus and DW but berz is bad for PvP.
And about Sonic Barrier, it will be nice if you use it at the start if he starts with some powerful skills, but he might save them if he sees u in sonic barrier.. so you decide when to use it.. sometimes at the start, sometimes at the end..

just turn the barrier on when the other glad comes near u and prepares for TSS QQ Combo

So are these DYES and setup better vs a NO DYE or a +DEX glad? Cause i am sure of his charge speed (when i observe him on other games) that he has more attackspeed,DEX than me. But i cant be sure if he is -CON or -STR.

Also do you think i should go after a PDEF passive/active augment and dump the passive p.attack one? Since u say in other threads that paatck wont affect my skill damage.

dunno what buffs you can choose for oly, but........ if possible, i would pick up shield instead of focus/dw.

6 buffs allowed on the oly as much as i know ...

i suggest you to use your ic set.

IDK guys...i am so slow at reusing skills and running inside OLY with -9DEX which goes -11 with IC used...

I tried yesterday but no real enemy... I almost lost to a PP though. HE rooted me and i was lucky to hit a CRIT with a blast before he goes away and start healing up to FULL and finishes me off.

on my glady i use +4 CON and +4 DEX and its way better than -9DEX in all battles not only in oly -DEX meant you are too slow and any mage will pwn you and too much time for skills reuse and you are gladi you play inly with skills on pvp. My gladi is with -13STR and i make test wthout dyes i make 150 damage more with skill than when i`m with -13STR and i never see glady with +str -dex to be better than me or to kill more enemies on 1vs1 or mass pvp

if someone talk after me and say -dex is better let say and which reason make him think that

adding -11 dex dyes causes these effects

-10% speed
-10% crit rate
-10% atk speed
-7 accuracy & evasion

this means (with warcry, duelist spirit, battle roar lv 1, might, haste, focus, ww, dw):
glads stats with -9 dex (ic set on)
atkspd 522 > 484
acc & eva 111 > 106
speed 157 > 148
critrate 112 > 104 (useless)

now see the difference between +5str+4con and +4str+5con

+5str ... patk: 1165 > 1391
+4con ... HP/CP (counted with S duals+4): 7073/6130 > 7870/6867

+4str ... patk: 1165 > 1337
+5 con ... HP/CP (counted with S duals+4): 7073/6130 > 8122/7100

So +5con+4str is way better imo
