i wanted to full ups my S weapon to holy... where can i hunt dark/holy stones easily?

where btw ? :o and it can be used only in weapon or armor too ? i heard something about it but i wana be sure

divine stone + armor = dark resist
divine stone + weapon = divine atk attribute

i heard also that if u use the stones u can«t drop or exchange the armor is that right ?
