Elixirs of Mental Strength are like mana potions. Only they work every 5 minutes. Where can one find the recipe to make such elixirs from C-S grade. No grade and D grade are in shops. But I cant find the recipe to make these myself. Generall craft right?

yes, u can craft by yourself
recipes are available throught clan hall.
to craft theses potions, u need spirit ore, asofe and solvant, solvant and spirits ore are sold at magic shop

My brother has clann hall Aden(the best right) and he has not seen any recipe for such elixirs. I will ask him though. Solvents can be found in shops. They look like red flasks. Blood red.

Mysterious Solvants u can find them in grocery shops (Interlude) .

For example ,i'm not sure, but to craft 10 Menthal Strength Potions A grade u need 60 Mysterious Solvants (8k adena) / 300 Spirit Ore (150k adena) and 2 Asofe , another 100k adena: In total ,25k adena for one potion
