Is there a chance that anakazel will not lvl up cry (from 12 to 13 ) ? I have quest,only 1 cry in inv

it is a small chance to lvl up your cry 12 to 13 at anakazel (around 10-12%; i am not sure), and yes u must have just 1 cry 12 on your inventory

no there is not any trick to find him 100% but maybe you can have thousands fragmet see 2 rooms asap(change room :P) and exit if not see him and enter again

posibilities to level up is 5% i think and don't forget have quest and one crystal in invetory
