how to know the ip of the server that u play in?

If your srvr use host, than open it with notepad and you'll see there your srvr's IP.
If your srvr don't use, than your srvr's IP is in l2.ini from your system folder.
To open l2.ini, use l2FileEdit or any l2asm/disasm.

after i edit the files to change the color of the text in lineage how should i save the file? i play hellbound. im to lazy to try them all like i did for interlude

Use a l2 fileedit for hellbound and when you want to save you'll be asked to choose a version 412,413,414 etc. Save them with 413.

yeah i knew about hosts and ini, but
i use vista, so no hosts
btw i need to dwnld system to play in that sv, so i guess the ip should be in ini file.
when i open l2.ini, there's written some japanese/chinese/korean bullcrap
no ip:/

You need to open it with a specific program like i mentioned above.
