Yes Beleth exists. U can start the quest at a NPC in Hellbound (I think), but I forgot his name. Anyway that RB is modafacking hard, so better think well about it

i thing its more useful for mages because its a ring and mages dont need AQ .It gives :Magic Resistance +12% , Mental attack power +10, Mental attack resistance +10, Dark Resistance +15.

i lol'ed very hard :D

but yeah it's true beleth is the hardest RB of L2.....he lives in that big tower in hellbound....to face him you need to go trough different floors of different towers facing hard mobs and you need to kill other 2 or 3 (dunno exactly) RB's to reach him.....and lol when u do reach him probably it's your end :D :D because he has many many minions and some aoe attacks that deals many damage....when he spawns and as soon as you step a little forward you will get nuked hardly by all the minions (they are aggro)

beleth is in steel citadel, u need to fight 3 little rb before reaching him if u don't bug...
btw each time we tried to reach him, we had the bug just before his room :(

beleth minions can be "betrayed" so they fight beleth himself btw it's seems that he hurt very hard, he has not been defeated yet.
