so i want to ask what rises "freezing flame" skill landing rate ? is it m atk ? and what defense against it? mental , m def or 3rd prof resist skills ? and any classes have some skills to remove effect like poison or bleed ?

A lot of classes have skills to remove poison and bleed.
Mainly healer classes, altought all elf fighters have self skills which remove their poison and bleed. Also dwarfs can self heal bleeding.
But.. I think nothing can remove skills like Freezing Flame, I have tried many times with my EE, max lvl Vitalize doesn't remove flames from orcs.
And I guess the only way to resist flames is M.Def since there is no "Resist Flames", poison and bleed have resist buffs anyway. (Resist Poison, Invigor)

but sucess of giving flames is based on m atk or luck ?
