is it true that CON gives +chance to stun or only resistance ?

well
i thought the same,but i have argued with some ppl about this so i want to know who was right and who wrong.so pls give some other opinions

CON does NOT affect stun land rate on ur ENEMY. It DOES affect stun land rate on YOU.

destro has rly high stun resist even without mj or rb jewels so u dont need them so much ;]

y but believe me or not con is not enought.. if have any set you want no bj... : except mj(don't use skill for resist stun :) ) you will be stuned very easy, i have play titan and i know, you can make a test alone :P
