I wanted to know on retail do they have critical craft (two items for one's cost) on mats and shots too or only armors/weps/jewlery? I'm confused.

I dont think this is critical craft. What ur looking for is masterpieces, or w/e it is. Go search it on http://www.lineage2.com, I think its only for equips

Critical Craft exist.
There's a (Very Low I guess) chance to make two items using just one "set" of materials.
Or you can create Masterpieces.

It is wrote on the Gracia (Hellbound?) update notes.

ya, i know, but does this also applies to materials that can be crafted? Like Crafted Leather and other craftable resources like silver mold, maestro mold, etc. And same question about shots (soulshots/spiritshots) - is there also a possibility to craft 2x as much for same resources?

on the server i play, materials: yes, shots: idk.

on retail, you can crit a craft of armors, weapons and jeweleries only
the rate is around 8% (tested on retail pts)
mats and shots never crit craft
during a crit craft, D and C grade gives 2 items
B grade and above gives a masterwork item which can be refined to gives a special bonus on the item (like boost hp, boost critical, stun and so on).
masterwork armor gives a armor bonus on each part so if you masterwork a dark crystal helmet for exemple, the helmet will give you a casting speed, pdef and para resist bonus alone.
actually a masterwork armor part don't count as a piece of the set so a masterwork DC helmet and rest of set normal DC don't gives you DC bonus.
it will be corrected in gracia final.

Im playing on a Gracia Part 2 server ATM, and Double craft applies to material crafts. I haven't seen soulshot double craft, but i have seen crafting 2 mithril alloys from 1 set of materials...
