Where i can find this Certification - Rogue Ability? I am 85lvl Adventurer with 80lvl sagi sub. How i can learn that skills ? i cant understand

on pvp servers there are no such shit, there are only custom items copied from l2j servers...

can some1 tell me from where i can get this certification ?
First of all who is my corresponding subclass master NPC ? I am rogue

if its possible explain me (faq) how i can get my New Main Class Skills. My sub its 80lvl. ty!
