yes they are because i still don't understand why tank are still one shooted by archer/daggers while they are TANK
they already make lowest damages of the game (except defensives mages) and they are one shooted by cheat class...
btw lethal will be changed in ct2.3


I read somewhere that instant kill and lethal will be impossible if your enemy's HP is under 50% or your own HP, so if this is true, bb lethals


not bb lethals, but bb 2 lethals on same guy ^^

i couldnt understand if this is for ur enemy's HP or urs. If its for your enemy, u will never make lethal vs Destro, Tyrant since they are even under 30% hp.

@breal: its about enemy's HP, if u make a HP lethal, that means he will be at 50% HP, then u cant lethal again (supposing u wont make 2 lethals in a row) ^^ but yeah its fucked up cos even when ur low HP u cant lethal, solo TH gankers are doomed with this :D

you right but,... this is not about ncsoft... 75% this is high rate and l2j => dorfi can hit you for 30000 dmg,baium can be anchored and you can "murder" valakas with ng weap +30 xd......
