I have 1 question, how to make a Forum Banner if need some special programm can give me link or somethink ?

Or Just make some banner for me.. :cry:
I dont need nothing special, Just banner on Name ( NoMaX ) :roll:

Well, you need the banner design and the htm code for redirection afaik. I don't think there's anything else, but I'm still a newbie in webdesign terms.

I create my banner on 1 website, and i get a link from my banner i can put the banner some forums, but in this i can't :roll: I dont have the right format, but have can i get the right format ? :D

Dude you must upload your banner to imageshack or photobucket and then get the link from there , and a forum banner can easily be made in one graphics program , ex photoshop its simple
