I think DEX started to influnce blow land rate since c5

What is the proof, that STR affects Blow Land rate? I realy want to see that.

they hav all different opinions but they agree on 2 things:

1.Dex doesnt influence blow land rate
2.Str affects critical skills rate

All RIGHT, let's clear some things out.

1. Dex doesn't seem to influence blow land anymore.
2. Str does NOT influence blow land rate. (and neither does con haha, thx for pointing out :D)
3. Str influences skill crit and skill mastery trigger rate.

Str is a pretty important stat if you ask me. I mean, I'd be happy to keep my dark elf con in order to mentain my skill crit and double skill rates.
