To introduce Dark vortex buster, they would have to introduce a light vortex buster. I think u get the point. It would boost the necro, but specially SpS and SH (vortex->crusher, vortex->crusher kkthxbye), but also would put the sorc WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY behind . The sorc has always been the bastard son of the nukers, average cast, only 1 nuke, lvl1 b2m, almost no debuffs (loldecay), well, it would be just better to make any other nuker. Since kamael, the sorc was a bit improved cos of the resist and sh1t, but still its just a bit less behind the others. Dark/Light crushers would DESTROY the sorc.

Noooooow, Sekku had a good idea xD Make earth vortex. it would be nice. Give it to sorc (he is supposed to have earth attack, once again...loldecay), it would become somewhat balanced compared to the other nukers that have 2 vortexes. Also a dwarf mage would be nice. Its a hope L2 players will keep until its done or until L2/L3 disappears. Im for the dwarf mage built a bit like necro, but instead of debuffs, it would have buffs. Imagine: 1 summon that would buff the party (like cat/unicorn), then some buffs similar to dances/songs, buff the party and last only 2 minutes I think it would be nice. Then as an extra it would have the usual STUN (no armor crush), earth vortex and a earth nuke (maybe loldecay too!). It would be smth like buffer/summoner/nuker, all in mini sclae, a bit like necro as I said, but not overpowered xD

Sorcerer is underrated. He has got average m.attack, average casting speed, BTM lvl. 2 (still better than SPS), cancel, 2 AOE skills and many many mobs have surrender to fire. And with some luck, you can be hero easily, because not many people play it.

Necro isn't built for damage dealing. Surrender to dark attacks would make the necro imbalanced again.

I think Earth Vortex is a great idea, I really like Sorc too..

I have a question about anchor. Did they raise the land rate again? Tuesday on retail, I got anchored three times. Bad luck or ncsoft idiots?

no sekku...i watched a pvp between too clan mates:one is duelist other one soultaker....the duelist had ic set/duals S+4 full tateo set+3 and the soultaker dc robe set+som acu....he landed cod all the time...the pvp was with selfbufs and m.def of gladiator with curse gloom in was around 682...server is not l2j and as you know cod cannot be enchated....i saw many times that guy landing anchor even on tanks and I personally i landed anchor on akamanah guy

Rate on anchor is same since C5. And that's pretty high :>
As i pointed out before, rate is damn big. 0,6 or higher.

They didn't mention skill land rate change in logs after C5.

I think that CoD can be enchanted in CT1 +, since many 3rd class skills are enchantable.
