ONly from quest u can get this recipe (or full drop by boss xD).This quest starts at IT (the second room) and continues in fog. Both want 1000 mobs. recipe is randomly choosed

wrong, in both quests there is a possibility to choose the recipe;
Quests are:
1. Gather the flames (lvl 74 repeatable)- in Forge of Gods near Eber room there is an NPC, collect 1000 quest items (mobs in Gorge of Goods) to get randm rec or collect 1200 quest items to choose the recipe. In the second way you exchange items in blacksmith that randomly spawns all around FoG
2. Relics of the Old Empire (lvl 74 repeatable) - in Imperial Tomb (noblesse tele from goddard or on foot via WOA) nameless spirit in the corridor after second room; collect 1000 quest items (mobs in IT) and get random rec from the spirit or collect 1000 items, fulfill Four Sepulchers and choose the recipe.
