hi ppl i want to know why all say that hawkeye is better than phantom ranger i know that he has some very good skills but pr also has.i want to make sub so can u suggest me whom to choose and the reasons u prefer the char u suggest?

I prefer HE more cause of his critical....dash is gr8 too....

HAWKYES have more miss chanses and dont have the crit rate of sr but when they have critial hits it realy is painful....
I have played a hawkeye and in mass pvp as well as in 1vs 1 with pr and sr i always was the one standing in the end.
It also is important how you play your chars and oyur expirience in the game

if server is c4, i'd sugest PR

if it's c5 or interlude i's sugest either HE either SR (for rapid fire)

PR-> damage
SR-> speed, atk. speed
HE -> balanced and is something between those 2 ^^

SR on all chronicles always light elves the most balanced race there is just look at the stats but that my opinion i can tell u why but there are topics about that already so just try and serch the forum.

sr is the best archer (rapid fire rulz)

If you are very experimented in archery go for pr. But by asking that question i guess you aren't. Go for sr it's above both archers.

Well both are good in pve and pvp,but if it really comes to details i would choose HK

elves - STR 36, CON 36, DEX 35 / INT 23, WIT 14, MEN 26 - whats more balanced than that ?

humans - STR 40, CON 43, DEX 30 / INT 21, WIT 11, MEN 25 - is it better balanced ?

D.elves - STR 41, CON 32, DEX 34 / INT 25, WIT 12, MEN 26 - or this one is better balanced as stats ?

I`ll even be good enought to tell u what to use on your SR for pvp:

- Doom leather armor + BOP:QR overenchanted even after S grade ( yea i prefer bop over draco )
- Dyes well now +4WIT -4INT , +5DEX -5STR - this one is optional but i realy like dex the true is that elves dont need dyes .

Between He and Pr i believe He is better because he has the skill Hawk Eye wich increases accuracy and decreases P.Def so he won't do so much miss...

I agree with paagrio! I JUST FUCKING AGREE! He's right and i never thought about this? What are humans? WHAT ARE HUMANS? Monsters with "whoa" con and "what?" dex.

You people say it's the most balanced race because of the skills. They have all the conditions from their skills not to move a muscle. But the stats make them crap. I personally hate humans. Ncsoft really loves them, they have the best of them in skills.

On fighters, elves are the most balanced. On mystics however, the humans might be more balanced.
