bro, i want to ask you all sumthing about skill Fatal Counter which Phantom Ranger has..
i want to know about the damage.. its describe as... "as much as low your HP, the much dmg you can get.." rite? plus power damage Fatal Counter and Double Shot is the SAME << its written on pmfun skill...

now the problem is, if I use a double shot on enemy which it can 1000 dmg, in a logic, i use FatalCounter with full HP, i can have 1000 dmg too right? BECAUSE its written the power is same... now i use FatalCounter with half bar HP, how was the damage?

But some say that the damage is fucking insane when your HP is too low, something like 100 HP will make a big hole in your target.

It's like cdl.

Full hp means a pussy shot. At VERY low hp it's the killer. The phantom ranger doesn't always rely on this. But be careful. Any phantom ranger worth a damn will try to land it. If for example you see a phantom ranger that you KNOW should die in a few normal hits, stay away or kill him quick.

I've seen many pvps ending with a phantom ranger's fatal counter. Once i've seen a pr vs destro, I remember the destro landed armor crush. The pr had landed hamstring. The pr got away with like 50 hp, which was incredible luck. He shot a fatal and it did lol damage. This was an oly fight. The destro won though, he got his bow out when the pr was preparing to run. But he won in like 500 hp.

owh i c... the conclusion, i shouldn't use the Fatal Counter with some a lot HP huh? hmm.. in very low HP, can I use the pain of sagittarius till its HP very low?
for me, i don't interest for any PVP... i just care about riot and war..
so, very low HP with a lot tanker in front, can it done better? mean, from far i spam skill fatal counter with 100HP (use pain of sagittarius).. can I?

well some fighters/mages have an "Kamikazi" skill which re really kick asses

fatal counter is a skill that depends on hp lvl ( ignore the power )
if you have full hp even a normal arrow will be more powerfull but when you hit when you have like 100 hp you will almost 1shot every1 ( if it crits the target is dead )
my honest opinion is that you should try the skill out on npcs like shops to really get the hang of it
i mean like use pain of saggitarius get hp low and start using it on npcs and see the dmg

also i would like some1 to tell the formula for fatal counter dmg and also cdl dmg in low hp ( i mean how much power will i gain if i decrease x hp)

And Deadly Roulette can kill with 1 shot too..u have 50% for lethal
just need 1item which u create it every 8min and ur hp 10%

how about amount of HP? i mean, if I use this FatalCounter with hp 100/3000, how the damage rather than I use FCounter with hp 100/4000? i assume it better 100/4000 right? now I use str+4/con-4 that my HP is so glass... IF, the damage deal 100/4000 MORE HUGE AMOUNT of damage than 100/3000, how should I do? should I use the str+4/con-4?

ye u r right:) depends on %hp atm of max hp
its exactly like CDL(curse death link)
and ofc use +4str-4 con dyes
u mainly relay in mass pvps on ur dead eye and pray for 1 crit(after u crit u get a frag)
the fatal counter is like a ace hidden in ur pocket

yeah, u rite.. if the condition for the fatalcounter is true, that is a pair of ace in PR pocket...

What if I start the fatal counter hit at 2k hp and in that time they lower my hp to 1k. Will I make dmg for 2k hp or for 1k hp?

the amount of dmg you do with fatal counter is inluenced by the amoun of hp you have when you use the skill
so yeah when you use fatal counter with 2k hp you will fire less dmg as when you use it wen you have 1k hp

also about dyes when your farming and you arent at endgame ( max lvl or almost max lvl ) you use + dex - con
when your at end game you use + str - con instead of + dex - con or you can use both but i wouldnt suggest it
also always have + 4 wit - 5 int dye on you no matter if your at end game or mid game
it will increase hex cast and reuse and also will give you root resist ( as a kiter if your rooted your kinda dead )

sekku why +dex?
at least i use pl till ~60 and use +4 str

try it and you will see
your attack speed eva accuracy and crit rate will increase pretty good
also i sue + str more for its contribution to crit skill rate
