 Post subject: please help installation error

i had installed the game but when i click the game the patcher comes out after a few seconds the game says connection terminated from the update server...

connection failure code= 10060


any one help me please..

Something is blocking the patcher to update is all.
Check firewall.

The update can conflict with vista. Do you have windows vista?

If it's network connection, then it must be firewall [mostly windows firewall if you have win]
If not that, then an ad-remover/regdoctor/spyware or something like that.
If not that as well, then the server has problems iwht the address or with the server comp.

Vista makes crash, not connection failure imo.

how could i know if the server has a problem..
