on topic: mounts are nice. very nice. something that l2 is actually missiing, cause how many mounts you got- two?
graphic in wow won't get old that much with time, as l2 gets.
quest- not many people do quests for money. in wow, doing quests is really worth a go, not like in l2 where you get less adena then you would earn killing "normal" mobs.

about same characters- yes, they are same. ost of chars is same. what differs them, sets? dyes? and it happend that most of people is using the same set cause it's 'best'. you won't see that in wow. characters differ very very much, and not to meantion items, where it's really hard to see people walking around in 'best' items on global.




if wow is such a big failiure, then why more pepole decide to pay 20euro/dollars for it every single month, where for lineage 2 it's more like people go to private cause it is not worth to pay.

3 paladins will never be the same in L2? Yes they may differ by skill of player and face or hair colour, but that's all. To DE quest - if quest rate is x1 on x7 server, it's useless. And in L2 are just few quests usefull and they are mostly about killing a lot of mobs, so it's still just killing mobs. PVp, pvp is much better in L2.

pvp is better in l2 only cause you can do it everywhere you want to without asking someone if he wan't to participate in it.

is there any unique item that you can get ONLY by doing a quest in l2?
i remember that i was doing only raid bosses quest+pk points quest as well as pet quests.

[by unique i mean that it's hard to find someone who will be sellling it, cause quest it hard, really hard, but worth the spended time].

btw thats why i like so much l2---->no fking no-lifer questing for ur stupid items...
u play a computer game not to waste ur whole time for farming out stupid items so u can have some fun fighting..
u can have fun in c grade in l2 too!and equipment is easier to get (for example wow.. try to get a tier 7 armor so easly...)

Imo L2 would be much more popular than WoW if NC knew what an advertisment is...

le started from nothing while wow is based on a game that was extremly loved by the world ( warcraft series is a legend got to admit that ) and also Blizzard knows how to advertise there products ( i mean look at all the hype they did with all there major games Diablo series starcraft warcraft and so on )

Also, do not forget you can see "join wow today" signs and other bullshi7 everywhere, while L2 poster or smth is something barely existing.

Yes, i agree, 3 paladins in L2 are same. But, you have oover 30 classes in L2. Watch the difference. You wanna something heavy armored, capable of withstanding a punishment? Let us see, what we have there in L2. Its [ Gladiator/Destroyer/Warlord/Paladin/Dark Avenger/Temple Knight/Shilien Knight/Warsmith/Bounty Hunter ]. Now lets see what we can find in wow. [Warrior/Paladin]. Okay, you say talents, but there are usually "best" builds for it, its about 3 builds per class. In case of heavy armored something, its 9 : 2 for lineage. Anyway, that talents wont do THAT BIG DIFFERENCE in classes, while if you compare a TK/SK/Pala/DA in L2, they are very different, even they all are tanks.


Final calculation.............wow: 9 classes x 3 builds = 27 classes; L2: 34 various classes.

well guild wars have more classes than l2 and wow togheter , they ahve stacking classes .. but it dont makes them more popular than l2 and wow ..

Well, I have played Guild Wars and I can say that...

Its quests are rly amazing but... Max lvl is 20, 1 week job max... At lvl ~18 before you get out of the island you have almost no quests to do and u are forced to xp on mobs. When you leave the island you get flooded by quests and its kinda comfusing.... You can mix classes but you don't get the main attribute skills (something like that...)

It's not that worth imo... but better than wow.

pff guild wars dont have SIEGES .. it have some pvp and team pvps but without a real siege i will never try it
