Some kids are denying facts.

Luck/equips/buffs > skill and i just proved it.
If he MC"s aint that luck?
IF dagger lands bluff? aint that luck?

And why would sov win against som Icarus? Stop thinking with your ass.
Only if the guy with sov is lucky and lands silence or interrupt many attacks.
If luck is 50/50 the SoM guy will win. So equips > skill.

And what is a great player? Someone who thinks that to raise his e penis imo.
Someone is as good as his equips/buffs and class.
How hard is to be in a good clan and have instant pots and Cp and spam em?
How hard is to understand what your skills do and do em on right time?
It's all easy unless you're BR(aindead).

And once again if you want SKILL go play some online FPS or DOTA or smth. L2 is not about skill, never was and will never be.
Even tho some people are just worthless and manage to die alot.

Now take 2 players, 1 who plays daggers for 1 year and one who plays daggers for 3 weeks. Give the 2nd one resist dark buffs.
He will probably kill the necro. The experienced one will still die.
Better Buffs > some more skill

2) Get 2 SH , one playing SH for 3 weeks and one playing for 1 year.
Give the 1st one som acu and dc robe set. Give the 2nd ava and sov acu.
The one who plays for 3 weeks will obviously win, unless he has bad luck.
Equips > some more skill

3) Put someone who plays dagger for 2-3 weeks against someone who plays SH for 2 years. The SH will probably win. But what if dagger lands bluff? He will win. Thats luck.
Luck > skill

Only class that requires some skill is healer.
Well, not even skill...rather experience on mass pvps.
All the others are easy. No exceptions :p
3 weeks are more than enough to be good with a class.
3-4 sieges with good communication are more than enough to be
very good in the subject.

for me it goes like this
skill,buffs > equip > luck
if you have the right buffs you can pwn really hard even if you dont have equips
and if you add skills your imba
real players wont base there tactics on luck ok maybe daggers will a little
i mean look at dvp
got equips, buffs but no skills on dagger/archer
on sps what equips does he have ???
any normal equips for a mage ( dc set etc )
yeah he has epics but that doesnt mean enemies dont
not lets take gustav
he has maj light and a AS and he takes on full parties lol :)
you cant deny that guys skill
and also theres another thing called PERSONAL OPINION !!!
if a guy thinks skils > all or buffs > all good for mhim let him think that

+ there is one formula. More buffs=less skills (and skill) needed. E.G Archer on PP buffs contra Archeron fullbuff

Without skill a fucking nuker won't have the idea when to land his vortex, simple as that.
Without skill, the dagger wouldn't know when to use his trick and switch. We both know that in frontal combat, a dagger wins in 95% of cases if the enemy isn't using any major skill.

I should stop thinking with my ass. You should start thinking with your head, the upper one (I think you're thinking with your dick's head right now). If you wanna present equipment, why don't you just put a naked glad vs a full epics dagger ah? Because even you wouldn't be that idiotic.

I never said that this game requires too much skill. Indeed, if you want pure skill go play dota. Played, been there. That is pure skill.

But you can't say that there's no skill in killing one entire party just by using the small mistakes they make.

Mediocre dagger with AQ + Baium has way more chances than a good dagger w/o them. Get it now? Thats why buffs/class/luck > skill.

L2 requires little skill and thats the only fact.
Equipment , better buffs and more luck all are more important than skill.
Simply because it's easy to play L2. Easy to become good enough.

Again a topic that turned into flame war...

buuuuuuuuuuuut back into the oly... Why they don't make the oly games into a different type, not by points (I dont know how to speak it in english), I mean like on the second part of the World Cup. And make the oly games just by class versus same class. If being the best of his class is what a hero is meant to be.
This way everybody could win, and it would have a lot of fun, with a Final Game.

Where getting to the enemy is just the first part, where you need a bit of luck to kill your enemy. Not over here. If you get behind him, he's already dead.
