Learning to play and master dagger's skills takes max 1 week of trying.
Same to play OL in Oly.
Same to play SK.
Same to play any class.
After 2-3 siege you're quite good at it w/ any class if u have good org.

1) CH buffed Dagger vs ch buffed necro, dagger will 70/80% get raped.
Now take 2 players, 1 who plays daggers for 1 year and one who plays daggers for 3 weeks. Give the 2nd one resist dark buffs.
He will probably kill the necro. The experienced one will still die.
Better Buffs > some more skill

2) Get 2 SH , one playing SH for 3 weeks and one playing for 1 year.
Give the 1st one som acu and dc robe set. Give the 2nd ava and sov acu.
The one who plays for 3 weeks will obviously win, unless he has bad luck.
Equips > some more skill

3) Put someone who plays dagger for 2-3 weeks against someone who plays SH for 2 years. The SH will probably win. But what if dagger lands bluff? He will win. Thats luck.
Luck > skill

Only class that requires some skill is healer.
Well, not even skill...rather experience on mass pvps.
All the others are easy. No exceptions :p
3 weeks are more than enough to be good with a class.
3-4 sieges with good communication are more than enough to be
very good in the subject.

Yeah, but luck is by chance. You ain't gonna do an aoe 3 times and crit each one so that half there will be dead. Also evade each attack, including skills or you'll be dead. That's bullshit not luck.
