It's not "momentarly". it's INSTANTLY.

And the lethals is not how you're saying.
There's the Lethal Strike, and the Half Kill.
Half kill gives a damage equal to 50% of Max HP your target have.

For example, if you're hiting a destro with 9k of HP, your Half Kill will be ALWAYS 4.5k of damage, it doesn't matter if he is with full HP, or 70%, or below 50%, it's always 50% of the total hp your opponent have.

Hi guys i have a question about this turn undead skill.
Im EvaSaint lvl 77 and i entered Pagan Temple for some exp. But I have a big surprise there :turn undead failed 99% .I get sometimes fear effect but thats all.

So what could be the reason ?
Should I use a weap with bigger matk ?
