-dex: you don't need it because you have good speed(elf),good atk speed(rapid fire), nice crit rate(passive).
-str: i think you should need str because you kinda lack p.atk and crit power(+4 str it would do the job...and NEVER go for -dex)
-con: you can do -4con and +4 str because your health is not a problem if you know how to kite. If you battle a mage just use stun shots and hit him insanely and he will die from some crits and some hits.

REMEMBER!
-NEVER use -dex dyes because you need speed, atk speed, crit chance blablabla.
-MS is the best class when we talk about kiteing and you can never die vs a melee class(-4con fits the best in this case)
-And you can always use +4 str dye(PvE and PvP) because your p.atk is the lowest from all the other archers, but your crit rate is the highest so you need higher p.atk for higher dmg crits.
